Sigfox ticketing tool email comments


The Sigfox ticketing tool sends email notifications to users every time there is an update in their ongoing request (e.g. request acknowledgement, resolution etc).

For the time being, it is not possible to post a comment within an ongoing request by replying to a notification email.


You can directly post a comment (for additional information) or an attachment at the Sigfox ticketing tool customer portal.

To access your ongoing requests and add a comment:

  1. Click on the Request button in the top right corner. Your dashboard will be displayed.
  2. Click on the request Summary or Reference to view its details
  3. Add a comment or an attachment
