- Go to the new Sigfox Support Portal following this URL : https://support.sigfox.com
- Enter your login and password :
- Go to https://support-agents.sigfox.com/servicedesk/customer/portals and click on your SNO Service Desk link.
- Here is the right place to send a request to Sigfox. You can also find a solution among all the articles present in the Sigfox knowledge base.
